Add "most expensive product" as a variable for abandoned cart experiences.

What do I have to do to bring back "weblink to opt in"? I would prefer to have clients redirected to their phones instead of having to type in our phone number and then the code. It's a much longer process and it looks awful in our IG stories. What is the reason to force us to use text to opt-in? I used to use the weblink in my IG stories as well as my website headers. There are way too many characters needed to tell them to "text" then place the phone number, then tell them what to send. I really don't understand why you guys would remove that option. There are so many ways to use a web link. Please help.

We would like to be able to create a segment based on users who abandoned their checkout and the type of item they abandoned in their checkout. This will allow us to do more targeted segmentation.

Hi there, In Microsoft Outlook a huge timesaver when having to send repetitive emails is the signatures feature, where you can create signatures and then they'll just fill in the message. If we could create these inside of conversations that would be amazing and cut down on so much repetitive messaging. Thank you!

As a brand I want to be able to add multiple emails to receive SMS alerts. This is helpful in the scenario that when someone is out, the next person who is receiving alerts can take ownership of responding to conversations.

Ability to set send dates / send times in place of using a delay for experiences that are going to be used for a short period of time - such as a contest sign up or special sign up for a holiday period (like the 4th of July)

Have a way for new subscribers to easily add us to their contact lists rather than manually type out the contact, similar to what is done for music artists

Often, subscribers will misspell a keyword for a signup flow from conversational broadcasting or someone will say something in an experience, be routed to handoffs, and then the customer still wants them to be a part of the initial segment from the experience question. Other times, a customer might request to receive texts less often. It would be great to be able to push subscribers into particular segments. Today, there is no way other than building a CSV, importing it, and then utilizing logic to make the segment more robust based on these conversations/handoffs

Give brands the ability to schedule reports to be sent to them on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
