Often, subscribers will misspell a keyword for a signup flow from conversational broadcasting or someone will say something in an experience, be routed to handoffs, and then the customer still wants them to be a part of the initial segment from the experience question. Other times, a customer might request to receive texts less often. It would be great to be able to push subscribers into particular segments. Today, there is no way other than building a CSV, importing it, and then utilizing logic to make the segment more robust based on these conversations/handoffs
