Use case example - we update our SKUs for certain products from time to time, and I want to create a new segment with old SKUs and new SKUs so I have a comprehensive list of purchasers of a product - without losing our previous segment. What I'd love to do is be able to hit "duplicate" and have all of the previous segment data right there Brand: fixebeauty.com User id: 1664

Estimated cost of messaging section after they draft up a broadcast might help (this way they can adjust their segment if they need to and know ahead of time what the cost might be before they send) Additionally, post broadcast a section on the "review your broadcast" snapshot that totals the spend for the messages sent and potentially the ROI of the broadcast might be a nice add-on

Be able to see % of people responded to a question/clicked a link inside the experience builder canvas for each individual block

Hi, Currently, there is no way to append the link for Abandoned Cart Experience with a UTM link and we would like this feature so we can track data accurately.

The ability to favorite or star a segment so that it is easy to access again and again.

Split a segment and test how well one message performs over another

If there are a lot of segments, it gets very clunky to find the segment you want to use. Having the ability to search segment name would be useful.

Instead of leaving <name> blank when we don't have it, letting the client choose a word that replaces it. Example "Hey <name>" (name is blank) becomes "Hey Partner" if we don't have the name.

Currently you can't add a question in the middle of a drip if there is a simple message beneath where you are trying to add the question, since it doesn't make sense for the logic. Currently if you want to add a question, you have to start the experience from scratch all over again. Would be nice to have this feature whenever there is inspiration to customize the flow with 2-way.

Currently a brand needs to have either Klaviyo or Mailchimp to collect emails when using Emotive popups. Allow emails and other opt-in data to feed straight to Shopify if there is no ESP connected.
